Well, we got it done.

The team from New Jersey that won the 90+ Mixed last year was a minute faster than us on the 39K course. Yesterday we beat them by 25 seconds on the new 24K course. I guess all the TT specific training we put in this year helped.


This was a hard course for us, the hills were all big ring, but definitely not our specialty...we pretty much just rode it as hard as we could from the start and had absolutely nothing left in the tank at the end.

Sometimes things just work out.

Thanks to Jonathan and Jamie for coming back out to the course and supporting us, it was fantastic having them there with us!

Spent the morning prepping Soni's bike for her crit today, she is going to try to set up her teammate for the win...a few raindrops while i was outside, I hope it holds off for her race.

The forecast for Saturday is looking a bit gloomy, 50% chance of t-storms. I've already seen what that can mean here in the midwest.....and it ain't pretty.....
